AGE 6-7, All newcomers are required to begin with the First Timer Promo before joining any regular classes, as group sessions are not suitable for beginners.
Children Aged Six And Above Are Required To Be Active For At Least 60 Minutes Every Day.
This Program Will Benefit Their Cardio-Respiratory Fitness, Building Strong Bones And Muscles As Well As Introducing Them To Bodyweight Training And Enhancing Their Technique.
Active Play Through Game Based Activities.
Class Topics Include:
Flexibility,
Core,
Balance,
Coordination,
Sports Performance,
Endurance,
Bodyweight Training.
We provide towels and a dedicated playroom for kids.
• Health & Safety Measures and Professional Liability, attendance of all classes is restricted to a coach & participant(s) only (‘No Spectators’ permitted).
• Cancellation & Credit Return, you may cancel a booking up to 12 hours prior to class & receive a return of your credit. If you cancel your booking within less than 12 hours notice, you will lose your credit. Please bring sports attire, water bottle & high energy!
